Market Day Fundraising Program
|
Please take advantage of our Market Day Program. Each time
you place an order, 10% of the sale (15% if the product is marked with an apple
on your order form) goes to our Home and School Association for educational
programs and materials. Each year, this program generates over $8000.00. With your participation, we can make this a record
year!

Shopping through Market Day is easy and convenient. Each
month you will receive an order form with the Dialogue from school. Simply
indicate the items you wish to purchase (no minimum required) and return the
order form to school. You can also order on-line at www.marketday.com
until the Wednesday prior to our scheduled delivery date. On the scheduled
delivery date, your order may be paid for by cash or check between 9:30am and
10:30am. See the Market Day schedule in this directory for those
dates. Anyone can order. It is not restricted to school/parish
families.

Market Day Family Commitment
 Parents of students in Pre-K through 8th Grade are required to
work one Market Day per year. For those parents who signed up to help with
table set up, please report to the school gym by 7:00am on the morning of the
sale. All other workers should report no later than 7:20am. One
parent must sign up to work one Market Day sale. Parents of our Eighth
Grade Students are required to work their Market Day prior to the end of May
each year. This year's last Market Day of 8th grade parents is
May 20th.
Sign up for Market Day occurs annually at the introductory Home
& School meeting at the beginning of the school year. If you forgot to
sign up at this meeting or were unable to attend, you should contact the
Administration and Scheduling Coordinator to sign up. A reminder will be
sent out to all families who do not sign up. If you fail to sign up,
or fail to show up on your assigned date, you will be assessed a $75.00 fee.
This fee will be applied to your tuition statement and must be paid with your
other fees.
If you are unable to work your assigned date, you are
responsible for finding your own same gender substitute. The Coordinators
can work with you on substitution possibilities. Children are not
allowed to accompany their parents while working Market Day. Please
make childcare arrangements accordingly.
